Due to last minute cancellations and no shows, A 24hr notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. After 24hrs a late cancellation fee of 50% of your services will be charged, no showing your appointment will result in 100% charge of the service. A valid credit card must be on file to schedule an appointment, thank you. Extension Service Deposit & Cancellation Policy • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required for all major extension services. It is applied toward your final service total. • Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice require a new deposit. • Cancellations & No-Shows: Deposits are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the deposit and may need to prepay future services. • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling with a new deposit.
